• Submit course proposals to the Dean, Admission & Registrar Department-(ARD) and to the Vice chancellor for the next Semester and assign those courses to all Nursing Faculty. And provide any relevant feedback that may increase the speed, efficiency or effectiveness of the process.
• Provide recommendation and feedback in reference to the received proposals for consideration by the Vice Chancellor.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed and encoded in the University Portal System prior to the approval of the Dean and the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
• Identify additional supporting documentation that maybe required on case by case basis
• Provide support and answer general queries from submitting parties.
