Royal Group is a conglomerate of 60 large and medium sized companies based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) . Launched in the late 1990's, Royal Group currently employs over 10, 000 people from a wide variety of countries and cultures and is supported through its head office in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi.

The Chairman of the Group is His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

I am currently the Recruitment Manager for all internal recruitment requirements across Royal Group of companies located in our head office in Abu Dhabi. My team of specialists and I work on a wide range of recruitment needs for the group.


Skills and day to day job role:
• The successful and streamlined running of the recruitment department within the Royal Group and all our consultants.
• The point of contact for all General Managers within the Royal Group of companies
• Responsibility of looking after 5 recruitment specialists
• Making sure the recruitment department are working efficiently and effectively on all job requirements within the group and guiding them through all internal processes if they are not aware.
• Conducting interviews for potential employees of Royal Group with relevant line managers through our competent recruitment structure.
• Setting and checking all recruitment requirements from our group to make sure that all documentation and salary details are correct.
• Visa processing for all new candidates with the Royal Group of companies.
• Implementing and enforcing all internal policies and procedures relating to recruitment for the Royal Group of companies.
• Issuing and implementing all New hire offer letters.
• Dealing with external recruitment agencies when necessary due to high volume of recruitment needs form the Royal Group of companies.
