As a Finance Assistant cum Gen. Cashier, one of our responsibilities is to review, monitor, analyze and records all financial process within the Company.
Balance the currency, coins, checks and non- monetary transactions, Giving Cash change to the cashiers, Making Sales Report, Recording and Analyzing all kinds of discounts, Preparing Daily Revenue Report, Preparing Credit Card Reconciliation, Handling Park float, Petty Cash, Receive and Count daily Inventory of Ticket, Perform on the Spot Audit to the Cashiers, Preparing invoices for Tout Operators and Hotels, Reconciling vouchers, and perform clerical tasks such as typing.
Greet the Guest and providing excellent customer service. Displaying new merchandise and replenishing merchandise, Communicate guest special requests to Team leader/Manager, assist in ringing up sales at registers and bagging the merchandise, assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
And, taking photos on the park or events.
Primarily responsible for consistent area, sales achievement thru management of a group of promodizers and entails strict monitoring of sales through daily/weekly quota monitoring. Expected at least five (5) store checks per working day, except during the assigned office day. Effectively manages promodizers through verification of actual in-store attendance and inventory reports. Ensures compliance of the set merchandising standards by having better facings and visibility versus competition, correct stock weights and orderly merchandise.
Complies with the Store Operations policies such as monitoring, request and replenishment.
