Butler
Assumes the role of a Personal Secretary and, as well as keeping the family agenda, he would be expected to carry out personal shopping for his employer, handle the mail and be in charge of the household accounts.
Always be adaptable and flexible, ready to take on new responsibilities as and when the employer sees fit.
Working under pressure and for long unscheduled hours.

Arrange their calendar schedules, meetings and events and I also managed their bookings and itinerary.
Welcome and greet the guests with a smile.
Responsible in assisting the customers for inquiries and needs.
Give satisfactory answers to the customers’ queries.
Arrange and re-arrange products on display in a proper manner to attract customers.
Educate the customers about the excellent features and benefits of shopping at Hang Ten.
Collect all necessary documents from the clients.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
