Introduce Quality and food safety procedures, programs, and work instructions in all plants, develop food safety, GMP, and Quality audit programs, and ensure operations full compliance with quality and food safety standards.
•Train plans for different levels of personnel in each operation, execute audit and training plans are fully applied throughout the plant, and also ensure that all operating processes are in compliance with local regulations.
•Manage customer complaints management starting from complaints receiving and investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and follow up to ensure contentious improvements in complaints results
•Render a keen eye for details to plan and lead regular annual Management reviews in compliance with the Quality and food safety standard requirements and develop and lead meeting outcomes.
•Develop, implement, and communicate all required procedures, work instructions, and quality monitoring programs covering all product quality assurance systems within production processes.
•Review periodic quality reports received from each area through operations; conduct analysis on the findings and generate quality trends & recommends corrective actions and ensure implementation and compliance.
•Design food safety training programs and training plans for different levels of personnel in each operation and ensure that the training plan is fully applied in each site per each level
•Lead products traceability and recall management systems and conduct annual tests for recall procedures.

Developed products at M R International including Tandoori Marinades, Mix Fruit jam, Hot Sauce, Mango Chutney, Chilli Garlic Sauce, Kandhari Naan, Homestyle Paratha, Whole wheat Paratha, Punjabi Samosa, Kewra Water etc.
Ensured quality from receiving to finished product and
Developed HCP’s/CCP’s throughout the process to ensure Halal point and product quality & safety achieved Halal certification, also carried out different legal authority audits and ensure compliance.
Scheduled the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade food, beverage and associated products
HACCP co-ordinator- identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process.
Designed process to achieve work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments; responded to work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Performed duties as a technical overlay to implement Cake gel application at industrial level (S.M Food Multan).
Steered efforts towards leading the flavor development in multiple products (International Food, Amina Food).
Conducted special projects on gelatin replacement in soft jellies (Volka Food Intl.) by implementing best practices.
Worked on cheese analogue application (Noon Pakistan, Acha Dairy), ensured shelf life extension of chapatti at commercial level (Dawn Food) as well as Pratha development at commercial level for export (MR intl.).
Ensured optimal utilization of existing resources (Men, Machine & Materials); coordinate with Admin & other service department on Safety, Hygiene, Sanitation, and Housekeeping of the mixing, cutting, oven & cream section floor.
Controlled products and wastage and make effort to bring the wastage at or below standard levels and partnered with QA line inspectors, Cutting and Oven section and Technical for smooth & quality production.
Established and implemented consistent process structures for the QA plan development for the domain of process control and their implementation at ongoing projects to meet desired quality aspects. .
