• Supporting HR with the onboarding process for new staff moving in the accommodation arranging
rooms, introduction to the accommodation space and colleagues, as well as accommodation policies.
• Ensuring that welfare facilities such as toilets, washrooms, rest, mess areas, recreational and
drinking water are of the highest standards .
• Keeping updated records of all labourers staying in accommodation.
• Arranging pick and drop for the employees and guests from airport to identified accommodation.
• Managing the roster of pick and drop of the staff on daily basis.
• Established and maintained good relationships between employers and employees .
• Act as a focal point for receiving and processing employee requests and complaints .
• Make sure the employee's medical facilities in the accommodation functioning effectively .
• Develop procedures to create rapport with workers and make the grievance communication channels are available and addressing the employee grievance based on their necessity .

• Carries out regular and accommodation inspections to check if policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
• Responsible for the implementation of welfare standards at accommodation with respect to local regulations and company standards.
• Carries out a monthly self -audit againt its compliance with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) & Government standard in terms of Accommodation requirements, Bedroom requirements, Toilet/showering facility requirements, Recreational, sports and open space facilities, Healthcare, First aid and medical services, Communication and internet access, safety and security, Sanitary and Laundry facilites, Food & Catering requirments, Prayer room, Transportation Facilities, Centeral Alarm monitoring station that is supervised 24/7 by Accommodation site security, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FAS), User friendly evacuation plan, Evacuation drills etc.
• Prepare KPIs, in terms of Accommodation & Welfare Compliance and non-compliance and report to Welfare Manager.
• Keeps records of incident and accident and producing statistics for managers.
• Submit a Monthly Report to SC which includes medical records of the Accommodation site, Total number of Workers in the Accommodation site.
• Worker Welfare Forum meeting is organized once in a month with welfare committee along with managing dispute resolution procedures, motivating and encouraging employees through negotiations & conducting welfare programs like sports event, festival celebration, birthday party etc.
• Arrange training and awareness programs for the workers so that they can keep themselves from involving in any unlawful activities.
• Ensuring prompt resolution of employees grievances to maintain cordial management - employee relations and achieve dedication by workers.
• Focus on Employees Health, Safety & Welfare.
• Handling day to day disciplinary affairs and daily grievances of workers.
• Prepare self - audit reports as well as other related documents.

• Responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning and electrical duties.
• Managing the Camps where multi services including budgeting, (Catering, housekeeping, transportation, recreation, laundry, maintenance, sanitation) are provided.
• Assisting Admin Manager, for delivery of all Facilities for all Residents as per
Company standard and policy.
• Responsible for ensuring that teams follows periodical cleaning schedule.
• Perform administrative duties, Conducting camp inspections of facilities and maintaining the area neat and clean.
• Handling employee grievances and prioritising.
• Daily meeting with Catering, Securities, Housekeeping, Maintianance, Waste Management In charges for day to day operations/ changes/implementations and follow ups.
• High Coordination with HSE Manager for any suggestions/recommendations for action and assists in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant( Workers and Staff) complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations.

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling general administrative expenses and run day-to-day
functions and manage the Camps where multi services including budgeting, (Catering, housekeeping, transportation, recreation, laundry, maintenance, sanitation) are provided.
• Assist H R & Admin Manager, for delivery of all Facilities for all Residents as per
Company standard and policy.
• Daily meeting with Catering, Securities, Housekeeping, Maintianance, Waste Management In charges and Sr. Camp Bosses for day to day operations/ changes/implementations and follow ups.
• High Coordination with H S E Manager for any suggestions/recommendations for action and assists in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant( Workers and Staff) complaints; enforcing
rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations.
• Maintain proper records of all activities and incidents occurring in the camps through individual camp bosses.
• Handle mobilization and transport arrangements for employees for shift, call out (overtime), emergency and recreation purpose.
• Ensure all vehicles are in well clean and complies HSE Standards. Assigns teams for daily inspections.
• Prepare Daily Residency Report and Daily Inspection Report and send to H R & Admin Manager
Maintain and update all accommodation and occupancy records of residents.
• Supervising -Arrivals, Departures, Allotments, relocation and Complaints of employees.

• Coordinate with Government affairs manager concerning requirements due for processing of Residence Permits (RPs) such as new application, renewal, cancellation and termination to ensure that all employees and/or dependents are legally processed and documented.
• Applying New work visas online, preparing documents for Manual Submission in case of online rejection.
• Prepare payments necessary for processing / securing Resident Permit (RP), renewal, cancellation, termination, and for penalties incurred for non-renewal of RPs on time to ensure that no delays will be encountered due to lack of fund.
• Proper Documentation & Filing of each transaction, and updating the Management about the status.
• Handling over 3000 Employees records & Five JV’s/Companies, Employee Database updating with the salaries, Visa Profession, Actual Profession, under which Company the Sponsorship is, Medical, Finger print Status, New RP Status.
• Record and update database (Software) of entire manpower concerning RP status quo to ensure that reference is always available when needed and for fast tracking of the status of the process.
• Generating and submitting whenever necessary report due for management detailing the information required for the status of manpower summary.
• Regular contact internally with HR Manager, HR Head, Other Supporting Departments &Employees.
• Handled Immigration department duties during the vacation of Government Affairs Manager.
• Extending support to HR manager and employees to resolve conflicting issues at the most lower level possible.
• Monitoring daily attendance of more than thousand employees.
