- Cost effect analysis on bought services, routing and /or supplier changes.
- Handling the procurement for Aramex Global offices from the centralized office in Amman, Jordan by process the purchase requests from different departments (company material, agreements ...ext.)
- Ensure the flow of procurement process in a smooth and professional manner through pre-qualified vendors/suppliers
- Implement comparative statements for every purchase order to keep procurement within budgetary limits

•Worked at City Mall Branch & Taj Mall Branch, responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Handling VIP and corporate clients who are dealing with large amount of cash.
•Execute all counter transactions in an efficient manner.
•Handle customers’ requests/inquiries in a professional manner, and refer them to concerned parties whenever needed.
•Handling efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures related to Vault and ATM.

•Accuracy in all kinds of transactions while maintaining an error free environment.
•Contribute to sales targets and referring sales leads (Assets and Liabilities).
•Adhere to Branch Operating Model and always updated on changes to operational manuals and take self initiative to improve my knowledge and skills in cash management and all bank products.
•Having strong knowledge in Retail Banking Products, Cash Management, Cheques, and Corporate Banking.
