01/01/2015 Up to Now, Working in TEMCO SAUDI CO. (A Member of SETRA group), KSA, Riyadh, in A/C Duct Factory As A/C Duct Factory Manager.
Responsibilities:
• I have gained in depth Knowledge in the management of Factory operations & producing all types of HVAC duct works & related accessories as Galv. Steel Ducts, Spiral ducts, Double wall ducts, black steel ducts, stainless steel ducts, Aluminum Ducts, & PIR Ducts.
• responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and

demand
• Ensure that proper man power & machineries are in place to carry out the work efficiently.
• Supervision & coordination of all activities of the A/C Duct factory, and carry out total activities relating to duct factory, which would cover all technical, marketing, risks, administrative, operational and financial aspects of the business.
Responsibilities - Duct Factory:
• Coordinate & communicate between all departments (purchase dept., accounts dept., HR dept., administration dept., projects) & the duct workshop.
• Ensure that proper man power & machines are in place to carry out the work efficiently.
• Supervision & coordination of all activities of the A/C Duct Factory.
• Supervision of production schedule, delivery schedule, raw materials, & quality control.
• Projects: Princess Nora University for women - Riyadh. King Saud Bin Abdul Aziz University for Health & science - Riyadh & Jeddah.
Responsibilities - Plant:
• Supervision & coordination of all activities of Plant.
• Issuing & transferring power tools & equipment s to various projects.
• Perform repair & maintenance operations of all power tools & machines.
• Selection & order a new machines & power tools based on projects demand.
• Ordering a spare parts & monitor spare parts stock.
• Tracking all power tools, starting from purchasing until disposal for each device.
• To arrange for proper disposal of damaged power tools.
• Materials Estimation.
• Production Control.
• Indicate the production schedule for all projects.
• Prepare the monthly production and cost reports.
• Prepare the workshop procedures, method statement, profile, materials submittals, and any related documents.
• Give the work instructions to the supervisor & foramens.
• Monitor the materials status.
• Overall supervision of G.I. & Pre-insulated Duct Factory.
• Involvement in Applying ISO 9001.
• Contributing For Insert New Duct Machines and New Technology:
1- Monitoring each Process in Production Lines
2- Applying Quality Systems ISO, TQM, GMP, and HACCP
3- Make Daily Inspections on each Stage and analyzing Results
4- Design a Quality Reports and Quality Plans and Programs in SPC Methods and Others
5- Coordinate With Local And International Auditing And Design Corrective Action Plan For Continuous Improvement
