Coordinate and monitor QA/QC site procedures

• Secondary Duties/Responsibilities:-
• Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type
of incident and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of other in the workplace.
• Complies with all statutory requirement connected with the implementation of project
Provide technical input and assist QA&TE C-2 in developing check list of substantial work based on milestones.
• Fill out inspection report form for each visit.
• Supervise monitoring activity of construction quality in every field offices.
• Carry out project monitoring prior to running bill, final bill and payment of retention period.
• Report of finding issues in the field is effective and efficient in order to support C-2 team.
• Carry out field visit as per tentative monthly visit plan to every field office.
My responsibility Infrastructure, Roads / water supply / Sewerage/R.wall, causeway, culverts, etc. Calculating the complete quantity of projects like earthwork, structure work, asphalt work, drainages, culverts etc. Preparation of Bills and Supervision of works.
• Worked in Dar Dubai consulting Engineering as an Inspector in Jumeirah area Dubai.
• Responsible for the overall construction supervision of road works like excavation, backfilling, utilities crossings, concrete pouring supervision, piling works, formwork inspection, sub grade works, aggregate laying works, asphalt laying inspection etc.
• Also responsible for the supervision testing, asphalt soil testing, concrete with Dubai Municipality (DCL) & QA/QC testing of approved material delivered at site with Independent Laboratory.
Responsible for the overall construction supervision of road QC works like, back filling, concrete pouring supervision, piling works, Earthwork, Concrete and Asphalt Works.

• All Types of testing of cement, aggregate, soil, asphalt, fresh concrete, hardened concrete and test results and reporting to the material Engineer
• Responsible for all aspects of testing and workmanship of the works.
• Arranging any tests required DM and independent laboratory and test to be performed at site and making necessary arrangements processing the request for approval for the materials and arranging routine tests.
• Organizing activities in the laboratory and arranging test on site.
• Quality control of concrete at the concrete batching plant.
• Inspection and supervision of concrete purring at site.
