My responsibilities became more sophisticated in regard not only managing and supervising a huge number of projects running accros the KKU simultaneously, but also directing the project managers.
My plan is to restructure the PMO by reviewing policies, templates, historical documents and standards to be the best practice aligned with the PMI methodologies.

• Business Process Reengineering for the Jordanian Government Entities; analyzing the entity’s current procedures and workflows, designing new procedures to achieve a defined business outcome.

• Data Cleansing For the Public Sector Employees Database. This was a huge project that required to transform and cleanse around half million records of government employees in Jordan. I was the System Analyst.
• e-Card project for Public Sector Employees, converting all Paper-based records to a database to be available on the Civil Service Bureau web Site www.csb.gov.jo
• Human Resources Management Information Systems HR project for Public Sector Employees in all Ministries and public Departments via a central database to unify the data source and data manipulation.

Participated in analyzing the main requirements of the financial system as well as developed parts of the database objects (packages, procedures and functions) and designing the end-user’s screens and reports using Oracle tools; such as Oracle Developer and Oracle Discoverer.
