 Managing large global Portfolio - Total premium worth $65 million (Revenue of $3 million) and manage expansion of existing portfolio including cross
sell/upsell activities.
 Continuous engagement with key clients on their annual activities including GBM analytics, annual wellness strategies, quarterly reviews, conducting
employee surveys and organizing employee orientation and wellness related talk sessions.
 Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns, if any on timely manner with corrective measures.
 Coordination with Mercer global team and client regionally and globally
 Compliance of accuracy of policy documentation to meet regulatory requirements
 Managing annual policy renewals including strategy development and timelines as per rules of road
 Review benefit design, remarketing exercise, benchmarking, negotiating and providing renewal recommendation to help client to take renewal decision
alongside updating global mercer on renewal strategies and activities.
 Managing expansions of territories, new acquisitions or merger as per global instructions.
 Ensuring all broker service agreement, global master service agreement and statement of work is in record.
 Ensuring all policy related correspondences are saved filed as per E-filling policies and procedures.
 Proactive communication with internal and external units regionally and globally.
 Sharing regular market updates and legislative changes and possible impact to the client.
 Maintaining good relations with insurers and enhancing market relations
 Self-generating new ideas and capable of closure on existing/outstanding issues.
 Achieved collection of historic bad debts of approximately $12 million.
