• Implement and monitor HSE management systems across multiple construction projects
simultaneously.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and Job Safety
Analysis (JSA) prior to work commencement.
• Perform routine HSE inspections, audits, and safety observations; ensure timely
corrective and preventive actions.
• Administer Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities: excavation, confined
space entry, hot work, lifting, and work at height.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA requirements, ISO 45001 standards, Saudi
Aramco/client procedures, and local regulations.
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis; prepare
detailed investigation reports.
• Deliver daily toolbox talks, induction programs, and HSE awareness training to
employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Monitor PPE compliance and enforce safe work practices throughout all phases of project
execution.
• Maintain complete HSE documentation: inspection reports, risk assessments, incident
reports, and monthly KPI reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and contractors to drive
continuous safety performance improvement.
• Mentor supervisors and workers to reinforce behavioural safety practices and foster a
zero-harm culture.
