Responsibilities:
logging and processing support calls
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Exchange mail configuration and outlook support
Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in and solving password problems
Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet
Ensure that all tickets are responded efficiently in timely manner
