8. Client management. Meeting with project owner and meetings on weekly, monthly basis as well as in between based on progress requirement
9. Change orders or variations orders submission
10. Progress invoice submission based on milestones or progress measurement on monthly basis.
11. Construction progress follow up for day today activities and provide essential tools tackles, consumables, materials on time to achieve planned progress.
12. Followup for submission of packages for hydrotesting, elec substation energizing. Inst loop checks, DCS establishment, package items precommisiong etc.
13. Commissioning assistance
14. Handing over of final documentation say MRB, ESPIR. Asbuilt native files, O&M manuals.
15. Demobilization. Of site and Camp facilities.

Worked Saudi Aramco and Sabic projects in Gas plants for piping works, plant upgradation, shutdown, annual maintenance.
Worked as Planning Control Engineer to take care of Armed vehicle parts delivery from raw material to finished product for timely assembly of the vehicle
