• Responsible to handle EXPORT booking queries and issue Container release order to the customer
• Coordinate with JEBEL ALI PORT, KHORFAKKAN PORT, SHARJAH PORT in regards of releasing the empty CNTR to the Shippers
• Liaise with PORT authorizes to Sort out the issues related to releasing the EMPTY CNTR and accepting the full container
• Coordinate with MECRIC to arrange the release of REFEER EQUIPMENTS to the Shipper
• Arranging TERMINAL TRANSFERS, CFS and X-Ray Inspections as per the Shipper Request.
• Coordinate with PORT OPERATION TEAM to arrange 3rd Party FEEDER booking and updating the VESSEL ROTATION in DP SYSTEM
• Coordinate with Sales Team to resolve the rate related issue
• Arranging DG approval from the POL Vessel operator & Transshipment PORT also.
• Prepare and sending booking status reports to higher authorities on daily basis
• Prepare and submitting the Container Booking Forecast report to Capacity management Team before the vessel Arrival
• Follow up with shipper and prepare Final Load List to PORT prior to the Vessel Arrival
• Liaise with port authorities to resolve the issues related to load list for the vessels
• After the ETD of Vessel, reconcile and finalize the Load Confirmation for the vessel
• Sending Monthly Loading Report to Operation TEAM and Accounts

• Import Customer Service
• Communicate with origin in case of discrepancies found on import manifest declaration
• Finalizing the Discharge List of Import CTNR’s

• Obtain Manifest Reference Number & inform D/O Section about the D/O Readiness
• Sending the List of CNTR’s to Operation Dept for trucking to ICD & PORT Delivery
• Advice CFS with MNFST for de-stuffing the CONSOL CNTRS
• Follow up COD Requests.
• Handling the STATUS CHANGE REQUEST like FCL to LCL/LOCAL to T/S or T/S to LOCAL RELEASE
• Dispatching Arrival Advice to all the Consignee
• Maintaining Client Database
• Reporting to IMP DOC Supervisor
