I have been practicing law since 2015 at MENA City Lawyers; one of the biggest international law firms in Lebanon. I have gained deep knowledge in drafting and reviewing complex commercial and corporate contracts including but not limited to: franchise, supply of goods and services, sales and purchase, intellectual property, NDAs and shareholders agreements. I have also gained wide experience in drafting lawsuits and memorandums for litigation cases of civil, commercial and corporate nature. I have also worked on complex local and international arbitration cases for big clients. Beside my legal expertise, I have very good communication and teamwork skills, and I am capable of handling several tasks at one time and submitting them within tight timeframes.
