As Senior I.T. Administrator, my main focus is set of specialized organizational capabilities for providing value to I.T. enable users in the form of services. For instance, service strategy, service design, test and implementation services, maintain and support services and improvement to I.T. services.
On the other hand, I’m holding an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Diploma in Network Administration, ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management and Microsoft and CISCO training given value added advantages to me for day- to-day work allocations. To be more specific, my expertise lies in implementing and maintaining Windows active directory services, Microsoft exchange server, MS Office 365 cloud identities, SonicWall firewall and AVAYA IP office PABX etc.
• Network infrastructure implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting.
• Installing, Maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting Windows servers 2003, Sun Microsystem for ORACLE databases, Email server, network media and Ethernet cabling.
• Providing support and solving network issues for multiple site office across the group companies. (on-site and off-site).
• Set up end user workstations and make sure that all the standard documents, software and applications are set up correctly, it has the appropriate programs matched with a legal license, an e mail account and staff know how to correctly file documents.
• Create Active directory domain user names, Exchange e-mail account and provide network accounts and password as required.
• Installation of ORACLE ORION ERP client, Discovery reports in user 's workstations.
• ILED- Electronic Self Label System, CCTV camera, time attendance system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting across the group companies.
• Install SonicWall firewalls, routers, switches and network printers.
• Involve in the backup of the data on the tape drives, network design and cabling of various sites.
• To help in the induction process when the new staff and client coming to the company.
• Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status.
• Wireless Networking (indoor and outdoor using Access Point and Antenna)
• Prepare IT manual, standards and policy documents and implementing it across the group companies.
• Ensure hardware is stripped and secure before disposal.
