As a Process executive my responsibilities are creating quote for customer order in vendor portal, sending quote to obtain approval from Product, finance and credit team. Placing customer order after getting approval all sides. Handling more than 20 vendors in UAE, Saudi, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt. Following up with vendors for complete material flow form the point of origin to point of consumption. Creating customs documents like, SASO, COC, Form M for Saudi, Kenya, Nigeria respectively. Creating Purchase orders and Sales orders in SAP MM & SD module. Following up with logistics and freight forwarder to bring the material from vendor premises to respective Redington Warehouse. Creating Inbound delivery Notification in SAP and Generate Goods receive notification after in warding done by warehouse Team.Creating Sales order based on the customer purchase order, following up with finance team for customer payments and following up with credit team for order releasing. Coordinating with customer relationship management team to update customer overdue payments, Trade license renewal and customer purchase order amendments over payment Term, Incoterm, Delivery. Creating Packing list for huge shipment and Preparing shipping documents like commercial invoice, Delivery note, Import Document (Transfer of ownership) and Export document. Calculating freight charges based on the shipment and obtaining product team head approval for Bearing shipping charges. Coordinating with outbound logistics team for delivery and request them handover shipment to Customer and Freight forwarder at right time without any delay.Responsibility for complete Return material authentication. Analyzing inventory ageing like scrap and obsolete material.Preparing pending orders report and TAT report, inventory ageing report. Sending supporting documents to customer for Nonphysical items like.License, Carepack link, POD.
