My job responsibility Includes:
• Responsible for Managing the station holder, inventory &
maintaining stores of the restaurant.
• Maintaining Personal hygiene
• Order taking
• Ensure timely service & delivery
• Respect the dignity of the esteemed guests
• Coordinating with the senior team members and respecting their
directions
• Preparing Daily Sales Report (DSR)
• Take staff briefing and de-briefing on a daily basis
• Perform opening and closing duties of the restaurants.
• Handle the outdoor catering (ODC)
