• Responsible for the installation of the Oracle Hospitality Hotel Systems product suite (OPERA) and its Oracle platform.
• Install, configure and test all peripheral interfaces to 3rd party vendor systems, such as Call Account Systems, Point of Sales Systems, Door-lock Systems, HTNG Interfaces, OPI etc.
• In-depth knowledge on hotel systems, Oracle database and various interfaces.
• Impart knowledge and best practices for on-going system maintenance.
• Active participation in education and collaboration forums.
• Participate in quality assurance of new product and/or version release software when required.
• Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reports.
• Maintain customer is satisfactory within and beyond our organization.
• Show competent in and out of projects.
• Provide technical consultancy on different perspectives.

• Resolve technical issues and maintenance of Oracle Hospitality Property Management System (PMS)
• Configuration, Installation and Troubleshoot User workstation and Server.
• Handled support tickets with software and hardware problem experienced by the customer/user.
• Network and Interface installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

• Installed and maintained hardware and software components on computer station and IT equipment.
• Network LAN and hardware configuration, installation, troubleshooting and support (ex. IP phone, Printer).
• Network level 1 configuration and support.
