Teaching of English to Speakers of other Languages and the application of the theoretical aspects of teaching language to learners of diverse personalities and backgrounds.

Practical skills of how to use, teach and analyse English language and communication skills for teaching speakers of other languages with a scientific aspect of language training.

The degree combined modules that included areas of humanities, and political science with language. Areas like Urban Planing, Social Policy and Public Sector Management provided me with a theoretical background that inspired my interest in working in sustainable and community development, while Political Theory opened an astute understanding of the international & human relations with an added edge of how to approach and resolve diverse areas of human conflicts through negotiation, persuasion and education. I applied these theories through volunteering and working with organisations like UNICEF-UK, social inclusion projects.
