Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the recruitment, orientation, induction, and support of licensed English Medium Teachers (EMT) recruited from North America, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Since the program's inception in 2009, I have supervised the annual recruitment and staffing of 500 - 800 teachers. Currently there are over 2000 EMT's working with the Abu Dhabi Education Council.
