Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation activities related to MOH & Private Market shipments
especially for Pharma & Non-Pharma orders.

• Need to communicate with all our principals related to the shipments (Johnson &
Johnson, Cardinal Health, Dentsply, Candela, Zimmer, Amsino, Artsana, Bayer,
Abbott, AstraZeneca, etc.

• Once order has been placed by Tender Team and Private Team, need to follow email
requesting for Order Confirmation or proforma Invoice that will match all the details
with order in our system, if there is discrepancy need to notify the supplier for revised
documents. Once finalized, if there is advance payment need to make request for
payment to Accounts.

• We need to notify the supplier to send us the copy of shipping documents to apply for
import permit. Attested originals also including Invoice, packing List, Certificate of
Origin to send us prior to arrival of the shipments (courier or with the shipments).

• Preparation for the QCL products images if needed, route slip for clearance, srv, claims
if any.

• Preparation for submission of monthly summary of invoices that we have received
from supplier.

• Preparation for submission of Invoices Legalization in Kuwait that need to send to principal & accounts.

• Negotiate contracts with Suppliers to obtain best price and services. Be responsible for the purchase of products and services in the organization, approve the best products or services that have low prices after reviewing and analyzing all options. Need to look for interested Suppliers and negotiate the best deal for the company. Maintain good relations with the Suppliers, because this can provide great opportunities for the company to obtain the best deals for them.
