The management of budget and procurement of all IT & Technical equipment and hardware for Dubai campus.
Create, maintain and Manage Students / Staff accounts on server. Liaison with University for hardware and software requirement for each trimester. Maintain network performance, recommend, and report on hardware / software upgrade requirements from time to time.
My duties include but not limited to Maintain the College Labs, Monitor student compliance with College computer lab usage policies. Conduct IT orientations during enrolment. Arrange quotes on hardware and software as required, ensure daily backups are taken of the server and regular backups of required data. Manage and maintain Zoom rooms and conference room technologies.
