* Supervises staff and responsible in implementing the office rules and guidelines.
* Update brokers and agents of the available office space and provide potential tenants with a tour highlighting the
valuable features of the office.
* Monitoring business and other related permits if all documents are updated.
* Assist tenants or clients regarding concerns and to ensure that all are recorded and be addressed properly.
* Administers lease renewal timely and accurate notifications to tenants or clients.

Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

* Accompany clients during turn over to inspect their property, advising them on the sustainability and value of the
homes they are visiting.
* Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals.
* Monitor the status and update unit owners of Certificate of Condominium Title.
* Assist and coordinate unit owner's concerns to respective department in charge.
Handle telephone, e-mails and fax inquiries. \n• In-charge in making quotations to be submitted to clients. \n• Prepare statement of account for clients. \n• In-charge in copying and duplication of documents and other materials as needed. \n• Keep updates of mailing and filing of documents for future references
In-charge in preparing invoices of vehicles after service or repaired. \n• Coordinate with Credit and Collection department if repairs made by corporate or individual accredited clients are approved. \n• Prepare Statement of account and other pertinent documents needed by the insurance companies or accredited clients. \n• In-charge in making Purchase Order for contractor’s labor (body repairs, rustproofing and painting). \n• Monitor sales revenues of parts and service to be submitted to the Branch Manager. \n• Consolidate weekly and monthly report to be submitted to Accounting Central, Finance Manager, Branch Manager and Service Manger. \n• Handle all billing activities relative to repairs or maintenance of vehicles and sales of parts and accessories.
Monitor the appointments of the School Administrator. \n• Monitor the school activities. \n• Handle’s parents’ concerns and inquiries. \n• Monitor and update the requirements of the Department of Education and Bureau of Immigration for alien enrollees. \n• Monitor the attendance of the teachers and non - teaching staff. \n• Update 201 file of the students. \n• Act as custodian with regards to books, school uniforms and P.E t-shirts. \n• Prepare Statement of account every periodical test. \n• Accept enrollment fees. \nE.
* Received orders and make Pro-forma invoices for the approval of Sales & Marketing Manager with the buyer's confirmation. \n* Coordinate with the production in charge regarding the quantity of products ordered and custom’s specification in their packaging. \n• Coordinate with the Logistics department for the shipment schedule. \n• Update product appreciation logbook and monitor customer’s complaints if actions were taken. \n• Prepare product request forwarded to R&D Assistant for sampling according to buyer’s specifications. \n• Monitor incoming e-mails and forward it to the department concern.
Received communications letters from different Regions concerning Protected Areas. \n• Assist the secretary of the Protected Area Management Board in preparing and distribution of letters and minutes of the meetings. \n• Assist in the endorsement of communication letter to the department concern or person for proper action. \n• Make an endorsement letter to concern regions as per subject concern. \n• Assist in facilitating meetings and public hearing.
Handles phone inquiries regarding quotations. \n• Canvass different construction stores for pricing comparison of the materials and report to the General Manager. \n• Make billing statement for the clients. \n• Monitor employee’s attendance
