Providing administrative support for all the employees.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and
external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Responsible for sales invoices, cheque payments, salaries, bookkeeping,
company expenses, petty cash and other account related matters.
Knowledge with legal/standard documents such as Tenancy Contracts, Form
A, Form I, NOC’s, Addendum, Ejari, etc.
Communicating with the project developers such as Emaar, Dubai Properties,
Nshama, MAG, and other real estate companies.
Knowledge in using real estate platforms and portals - Property Finder,
Dubizzle, Bayut, Just Property, Propspace, MyCRM, Trakheessi, DREI, etc.
Coordinating the company's concern regarding property portals to the
respective account managers.
Actively posting updates and listings on Facebook and other social media
platforms.
Coordinating with PRO for the as all company/visa matters.
Knowledgeable on processing employee’s visa.
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Accountable for the day-to-day operations for the whole office.
