Take ownership of basic enquiries on request resolving, escalating or identifying alternative contacts as appropriate.
Treat all clients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy and kindness and assist them as appropriate.
Arrange and dispatch mail, couriers and deliveries.
Maintain filing systems so that all records of projects are accounted for and are easily accessible.
Performs general clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed.
