1 Accessing customer service requests sent via email, monitoring their requests and ensuring that the clients attain technical support for their problems
2 Handling customer complaints
3 Updating customers with the current status of their problems reported
4 Ensuring that End to End resolution is met for the customer commitments
5 Handling Dial-A-cartridge calls from CU (taking orders and following up on the Customer order requests)
6 Contacts vendors or agency representatives to obtain availability and product information or to solicit bids; develops requests for quotations; and confers with vendors concerning new products, damaged goods, delayed payments or related information.
7 Assists higher level buyers with the selection of bidders, public bid openings, preliminary bid evaluation, brand comparisons and final award of bids.
8 Conducts research concerning new products and general commodity requirements.
9 Work with DHL on part orders, deliveries and following up with the customer on their part order requests.
10 Handling Email Support: Receive Email requests from customers and respond and follow-up on resolving their issues with their products.
11 Co-ordinating the whole Call Access Team, Scheduling the Weekend of call agents of the team so that the call flow is maintained.
