In charged in providing support on daily activities of the branch.
Main responsibilities include coordinating and supervising branch staff, establishing budget and monitoring expenses, ensuring the proper development of the branch.

1. Contributes in the development of a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability for both PPH and Sibs, which includes but is not limited to, initiating and coordinating development plans to penetrate potential markets and maintain and grow current markets.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of the company plan for fast and efficient delivery of customer requirements by planning routes and customer requirements through studying schedule or ad-hoc request of the CSO or his authorized representatives.
3. Assist in maintaining continuous contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Assist in the preparation and/or implementation of action plans for effective closing of sales, as well as search of sales leads and prospects.
5. Listens to customers complain and takes action to give solutions or seeks advice from immediate superior when necessary.
6. Fulfils request of the office by picking up or pulling out of items as necessary.
7. Collects money from customers and record transaction on customer receipts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT STAFF
•Receives and Processes orders, (recording, posting, checking & reducing quantity of orders.
•Prepares Summary of Orders to determine quantity of orders per title.
•Coordinates with accounting department regarding the ACCOUNT VERIFICATION of each school.
•Facilitates delivery of order and request for schedule date.
•Coordinates with marketing department regarding seminar schedules of schools.
•Coordinates with warehouse department to ensure the on time of delivery of orders and evaluations copies.
•Acts promptly on customers’ needs and to make sure that no transaction left unprocessed.
•Prepares Customer’s Profile.
•Prepares weekly comparative sales report w/ previous year data.
•Provides better & cheerful service by answering the phone with smile, getting customer needs & responds to their needs.
•Develops rapport to customer even thru phone.
•Develops & observe proper conduction & harmonious relationship with co - employees.
•Perform other duties that maybe assigned
Filled and encode their Daily Transactions, like Premiums Certificates of Deposits and Promissory Note at the end of the day.

Compiled and analyzed data on the market share of oil companies and customer satisfactions in certain promotion of products.
•Done market research and customer interviews to find customer satisfactions.
Interviewed DENR officers, BIR officers, Land Registration officers, Geodetic Engineers and other Government officials in Mindanao for a research study of Land Administration Management Program.
•Analyzed and modified the primary data from the research.
