• Prepare and maintain financial reports (balance sheet & income statement)
• Maintain and update cash receipt and disbursement books.
• Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation.
• See to it that all books of accounts are balanced.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger.
• Provide all levels of management with useful and accurate financial information on a timely basis via verbal communication or documentation by being the subject matter expert.
• Perform such other functions assigned by VP Finance.
• Enter all collection / payments in the computer.
• Prepare and maintain monthly report on total loans granted.
• Prepare and maintain monthly report on outstanding loans and past due accounts.
• Prepare and maintain monthly report on maturities of the incoming month.
• Provide Account Executives and Borrowers with updated computations of outstanding and past due loans.
• Coordinate with accountant collection and payments reports.
• Perform such other functions assigned by management.
