*Works with the Managing Director to influence the creation and communication of company stratergy and business priorities
*Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources
*Provide effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines, monitoring project costs, and ensuring client needs are met
*Take responsibility and initiative in smooth running of all business operations
*Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximise work output and work quality
*Identify patterns and problem areas, and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency
*Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and network with new clients
• Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages; ensure operation and presentation of office are superior
• Process a variety of clerical duties
• Facilitate meetings via Meeting Room Manager
• Arrange driver for all lawyers
• Support accounts with updating monthly translation fees, keeping hard and soft copies of cheque collection and sent couriers
• Organise office lunch meetings for lawyers and special holiday and end year functions for the office
