1. Provide accurate pricing for Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting tenders and ensure that quotations are in compliance with the project requirements.
2. Receive Tender documents (Drawings + Specification + Bill of Quantities) from Asst. Estimation Manager (Mechanical)
3. Sending Inquiries, Review Supplier Quotation and apply appropriate pricing suited for required items.
4. Review Document for important information and evaluate what is required to prepare an RFI Points to be submitted.
5. Evaluate the BOQ and ensure all important items and information is available to provide accurate pricing for different projects.
6. Quantity Take-off for Equipment Items and Complete Take-off for Job in Hand Projects.
7. Prepare Pricing Summary subject for Asst. Estimation Manager (Mechanical) approval and discussed the most important notes in the project.
8. Prepare price BOQ to be submitted in different contractors bidding for the projects.

1. Coordinator for Mechanical Installation to ensure all installed equipment’s and materials in accordance to project specification.
2. Attend weekly meeting to discussed work progress, Action Plan (for Delivery of Materials, Schedule of Testing, Materials Approval and progress, etc.), Discussed issue and comments of consultant with regard to installed materials and take appropriate action to solve issues
3. Updating daily working progress for installed materials & equipment’s per floor level and identify or Coordinate with sub-contractors about the work progress.
4. Prepare weekly progress report to be submitted in Construction Manager for evaluation of MEP Sub contractor working progress and take necessary action.
5. Also assigned as supervisor in installation of Sanitary Wares and Accessories (Special Cases only)

Job Description: • Monitor's Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting and HVAC Installation.
• Testing of Installation
• Coordination to MEP Sub-Contractor
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control of installed equipment and piping.
• Coordinate Technical Issue to MEP Supplier
1. Drafting Trench Grating, Trench Flooring, Steel Fences and Heavy Duty Gates in 2D / 3D as required / requested by our clients.
2. Follow up approval of drawings from client to proceed with the fabrication of Steel Gratings.
3. Coordinate with the clients for comments and incorporate as noted by them.
4. Site measurements to see the current conditions of site and ensure that the layout will match with the site conditions before proceeding to fabrication of Steel Gratings.
5. In some case, we are fabrication the Package Stairs (Steel Beams & Steps made by Steel Gratings) within the range of our scope.
