• Preparation and submission of Architectural and Civil/Structural Shop Drawings, Drawing revisions and As-Built drawings.
• Provide detailed Architectural drawings i.e. wall cladding (Brass), blockwork, actual site measurement or site condition, doors & windows, wall, floor & ceiling finishes, countertops & other civil works.
• Provide survey points drawing for site setting-out prior to start of work.

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day drafting and documentation requirements and deliver drawings in a timely manner.
• Ensure all drawings are stored correctly in electronic and paper format.

POSITION:
Quantity take-off for tender drawing projects.
* Preparation of detailed Stone and Fixing shop drawings.
* Coordination of shop drawing issues with the main contractor and other
trades for any discrepancies, revisions and or additional information/s. e.g.,
RFI’s.
* Preparing Stone Cutting list/cut-sheets for order and fabrication in excel and
PDF file.
* Site monitoring of stone installation on daily basis.
* Preparing and submitting daily report, weekly report and program update in
excel sheet from planning department.
* Basic QA/QC inspection works.
Attending coordination meetings and work closely in liaising with other
services to discuss site issues that may arise before and during construction
and to ensure delivery of quality drafting of new or redesigned products.
* Performing site visitations and actual site measurements for preparation of
preliminary design.
* Preparing detailed shop drawings for construction such as;
1. General arrangement of Pipe layout/Pipe routing.
2. Equipment Layout.
3. Cable Tray Layout.
4. Compressed Air Layout.
5. Communication (Fiber Optic) Layout.
6. Orthographic / Isometric Layout.
7. Pipe Support Details.
8. P&ID layout
