Finance: FP&A - Responsible for reporting accurate and regular financial results of the regions' performance
Financial planning of the region for short - and long-term, and support and execute long term customer service contracts
Purchasing: negotiate with suppliers about the long-term T&C of the contracts hence stay competitive & provide quality service to customers.
Logistics: choose and coordinate with freight forwarders about the most effective way of transport, follow up the obligations rigorously for customer satisfaction
Sales: plan, develop and execute sales campaigns and track the outcome of them
Act as key link between ITO/OTR by collecting and analysing opportunities thus provide accurate forecast of the region’s R&O
Hold weekly meetings to be up to date with industry changes, challenges and how the we are progressing vs to the plan.
Project Management: support team with planning financials, logistics, resources as well as follow up regularly the execution.
Support the organization that is going through exponential growth YoY by looking for simplification ideas, process improvement and workload optimization.

Spearhead logistics operations with global teams to meet sales targets and KPI (OTD)

Directly responsible for a team of 5 and support an extended team of a further 17 in operational management, performance
management and coaching and mentoring.
 Responsible for a high value budget of $50-100MM USD+ Sales and strategic power plan upgrades and modifications for
customers in Pakistan, Iraq and Africa (Ivory Coast, Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, Chad, Tunisia and Morocco). Supported
customers by providing spare parts to the power plant upgrades in coordination with the suppliers, other strategic
