► Duties:
• Determine, document, and manage stakeholder needs and requirements and define project scope.
• Track all aspects of the project - scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and identify corrective and preventive actions if the project performance deviates from the plan and re-plan the project accordingly.

► Duties:
• Develop design from site master planning, conceptual stage to detailed design development.
• Perform QA/QC process and prepare progress reports for clients.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines such as Electrical, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Controls related with Architectural design work.
• Represent the Company at technical meetings and lead discussions on Architectural design with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
• Review and comment on Contractor RFIs, material submissions, shop drawings and support project & construction management teams.
• Negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear communication strategy via proper channels to help all the actors involved well informed.
► Achievements:
• Contributed to the renovation of a historic theatre for the Tunisian ministry of education.
• Won with the teamwork the competition for ideas concerning the renovation of a 5 stars hotel in order to upgrade it to a 5 stars hotel with a lodging capacity of 234 rooms within a fixed budget and a tight deadline.
• Coordinated the implementation of a prestigious single-family residence (4 floors, 1000 square meters) on a rough terrain.
