Organize and supervise all of the administrative responsibilities that facilitate the smooth running of the office and oversee administrative staff. Performs many ad hoc office tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Prepares various monthly, quarterly and annual reports; Sales Analysis, Bonus Consumption Report, Goods Expiry, Sales & Marketing Expenses, Stocks Status Report, Performance Appraisal
Handles hotel arrangements, flights, visa, transfers, and entertainment for Corporate Events, Product Launching, Internal / Management Meetings, Conference, Training & Cycle Meetings.
Tracking and recording UAE Staffs expenses.
Assists Regional Product Managers with their requirements and all marketing conferences in Dubai and other countries.
Assists in accounting functions. Manage budgets, order supplies, liaise with service providers, cut expenditure and ensure upkeep of the company property.
Prepares schedules for Internal & External meetings & appointments
Developing, formatting and maintaining forms and databases.
Conceptualizes and prepares presentations for various meetings.
Handles medical insurance renewal & annual vacation air ticket issuance.
Follow up payments from different institutions, agent and from the head office. Monitors contract validity and request for renewal.
Greet, meet, direct and assists all guest, to their needs and queries.
Handling/Preparing all VIP and Group registration and check in.
Escort all VIP guest upon check in to their designated rooms
Provides all the information guest needs to enjoy their stay, including the facilities available and services able to be booked.
Assist all departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Leasing and Marketing) in being receptive to the needs of guests/residents.
Relays complain and provide feedback from Guest and Residents and putting cases on action.
Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests.

Assess evaluate and ensure that long-term and short term goals of the department are met.
Ensure entire operation provided is efficient, prompt, and courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers; Monitors the profitability margin of the income and focuses on guest satisfaction.
Develops, implements and evaluates general business plan, department budget and objectives to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximization and profitability on an ongoing basis
Monitors Hotel activities regarding staff gathering and outing, and compliance with hotel credit policies
Utilizes leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
Maintaining team work strategy on daily basis and focuses on how to improve and increase service delivery efficiency
Maintains guest satisfaction and that all employees adhere to policies and procedures as laid out in the operations manual.
Maintain the level of inventory based on the budget through the property purchasing system.
Review daily briefing to ensure proper handling of special attention and VIP guests.
Resolves customer complaints all over the department with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests and employees.
Work closely with Concierge team to ensure guest satisfaction while handling excursion tours and restaurant booking
Maintain a high level of communication between different interrelated departments.
Answering the internal/external calls in proper way with monotone voice as per the hotel standards and transfer it to the right department concerns.
Monitor training plan for new joiners all over the Guest Relation Department, and ensure the improvement of listening, communication, skills
Assigned to cover the Duty Manager shifts during the month of Ramadan.
Responsible for Front Desk Counter, providing consistent excellent service to guests

Handles request for safety deposit.
Handles request for transfers such as rent-a-car, taxi, etc. before disembarkation.
Builds goodwill to guest, and attends to guest’s request and needs.
Attends to guest businessman’s requirements such as supplies and communication.
Prepares required reports and submits accommodation revenue.
Endorses all pertinent or salient events to reliever.
Report any accidents or incidents or near-accidents to the Hotel Manager
