• Develop and review the Environment, Health & Safety Management system (EHSMS) and procedures.
• Communicate the QHSE Policy among the employees, clients and stakeholders and third parties.
• Enhance staff competency by continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the division to create a culture that prioritizes effective QHSE and balances overall associated costs.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, site tours and meetings in order ensure the implementation and legal compliance among the operations.
• Provide regular written reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the Senior Management Team.
• Assist in and support the implementation of food laws and food control policies at food facilities within relevant assigned organizations according to food safety standards and specifications.
• Help out in conducting surveillance of food safety systems implementation.
• Aid in the examination of factory documents to verify and validate safety of food raw materials and sources.
• Assist in conducting and consolidating food safety studies, information research and comparative legislation studies in areas on food standards, food additives, etc. in food premises within relevant assigned organizations.
• Aid in preparation of training workshops Aiming to enhance food safety awareness to food traders.
• Join in gathering and consolidating information relevant to preparing post-inspection reports on food facilities’ activities within specified organizations.
• Help out in investigating raw materials quality, storage standards, container handling, waste disposal, water supply, and food packing and preparation systems at food facilities within relevant assigned organizations.
• Participate in the audits of the hygiene of production systems, including sanitary conditions and cleanliness of laboratories and amenities, as well as health and hygiene conditions of personnel handling food products at food facilities within relevant assigned organizations.
• Contribute to the development of a database for food facilities within relevant assigned organizations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through gathering relevant information and updating data entries when appropriate
• Develop and maintain company specifications of HSE and Quality system
• Conduct food safety inspections.
• HACCP system Implementation and maintaining.
• Integrating food safety fundamentals in to management system
• Overall monitoring& observation hygiene activities, cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Update and verify of safety system through adequate regular audits and administration.
• Maintain the HSE &HACCP documents and records

• Conduct periodic HSE training, tool box talk &emergency fire evacuation.
