I was trained in reception and knowing the reservations system, how to deal with it, and dealing with incoming and outgoing funds. It was known that the reception is the first destination that the visitor goes to before anything, so a good impression must be given in the transaction because the reception is the first thing the visitor deals with.

TERMINAL OPERATION CENTER, PASSENGER SERVICE
The tasks assigned to me in this job are to welcome the passengers and facilitate the procedures for passengers through doing the online check-in using tablet. I have gained many skills in this job, including working under pressure, patience, data entry and risk management.

The work consisted of delivering orders to the customer in the shortest possible time and communicating with the customer directly to provide comfort and complete satisfaction with the service، This job was a challenge, commitment to time, and effective communication with management and the consumer، The skills acquired in this job, commitment to time and communication with others

This job required me to work in several areas, including cooperation with others, food preparation, customer service, teaching customers to use the self-ordering kiosk and work in point of sale.In this job, I have acquired the skill of effective communication, mathematical operations, data entry and problem solving.
