• Lead demand planning and liaise with product disease area lead, RCP, covid lead, ecosystem leads & business value lead and the outbound logistics to review and discuss forecasts on monthly basis with special focus on yearly target and ensure effective production monitoring against forecast & availability of goods for patients.
• Responsible for all the supply chain logistics activities for the company in Saudi Arabia.
• Managing turnover +250 mCHF & SKUs +50 (excluding divested SKUs during 2023)
• Lead Tender management (mainly GHC & Nupco)
• Close coordinating with DRA regulatory affairs Saudi & Global for outer packs text and sourcing statements to comply with SFDA & monitoring TRIC/Variations to be approved with SFDA and implement within the grace period of time for smooth supply of goods.
• Responsible & act QM for products Quality Inspection release until 2018, Product Complaint Management and Recall
• Support Quality Assurance in Deviation Management, Complaint Management and CAPA
Contract management (purchases, distribution, 3PL (Hellman & Salehiya)
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings with FHLR to ensure alignment in volume forecasts, considering product constraints, new launches and product availability
• Monitor KPIs (esp. OTIF on time in full, CDI, Forecast Accuracy, Stock-outs and Backlogs) with aim to have best-in-class performance
• Oversee and review inbound shipments & customs clearance
• Upload monthly 36 months production forecast in SAP APO-DP system
• Items master and material management maintenance
• Analyze closing stock, noting deviations on monthly basis and mitigate import risk and overstock that lead to expiry
• Developing business by analyzing logistical problems, finding efficient solutions and Initiates/identifies innovative opportunities for continuous improvement that secure competitive edge for Roche business
• Adheres to, actively ensures and monitors compliance with all relevant rules and regulations and reports any breach thereof to management
• Acts in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times
where mandated implements appropriate methodologies, tools and systems in order to identify cost efficiencies and improve current business processes.
• Ensures any issues arising from implementation of the Roche Quality Policy are dealt with appropriately and efficiently
• Liaises with internal and external parties in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring Roche is seen as a reputable and professional company
• Effectively lead, manage and delegate to direct reports in order to enhance their knowledge and development
