• Performs sales and purchase of foreign/ local currencies
• Making bulk cash transactions in various foreign currencies
• Primary buying and selling of currencies from different customer and differ exchanges
• Reporting cash position to head office at the end of the day
• Preparing cash bundles for deploying to banks and other exchanges
• Making bank transfers to various countries(India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Africa, etc)
• Sending and receiving money from different software like (Western union, Trans-fast and Instant cash, U- Remit)
• Provide quality customer service and direct selling experience.
• Communicating with the customer requirements and attending customer complaints such as non-receipt, amendment, cancellation and concerns immediately and facilitates satisfactory excellence. Resolutions

• Provide professional services like financial plans and Tax plans to cater to high net worth investors for their unique investment needs.
• The financial Retail products could be from an array of asset classes “Shares, IPO’s, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Loans and other alternate assets like index linked debentures, real estate funds.”
• Maintaining relationship with existing HNI clients of the company
• Extensive prospecting needs based selling and constant after sales service, cross selling both asset and liability products to the new and existing HNI customers.
