Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of the steel structures factory with 185 no’s manpower.
• Directly reporting to the production manager.
• Planning the weekly schedule of works.
• Monitoring the progress as per the schedule and make sure for timely completion of works
• Proper planning and scheduling of the projects and allocation of manpower based on the
Requirements.
• Reviewing the daily activities and submitting daily reports to production manager.
• Preparing the material request for specific projects and follow up for timely delivery of the materials.
• Designing and making the programs of the structure for CNC plasma machine.
• Co-ordinate with projects coordinators to solve the issues pertaining to projects.
• Follow ups for the approval of material submittals and shop drawings.
• Releasing the final revised & approved drawings to shop floor for commencing the fabrication.

• Conducting product and process audit as per laid down plan.
• Identifying non conformities, analyzing and tracing the root cause.
• Implementation and monitoring of the functions like PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, 7QC TOOLS, and control plan.
• Analysis and preparing gauges and instruments calibration history card.
• Decision making on the disposition of material and identifying the action in order to prevent the recurrence of defect.
• Analysis of non conformance's for corrective/preventive action.
• Ensuring daily QC activities inline inspection at machining division conducting first piece and setup approval.
• Handling in-house quality problems by co ordination with production and supplier person with taking corrective action.
• New Samples Smooth Development and Handover to mass Production.
• Monthly Poor Performance Supplier discussion, Audit and Presentation.
• Monthly monitoring of Machine Capability and Part Wise Cp, Cpk Data.
Achievements
• Team member of the scrap reduction process which achieved 10 % reduction in scrap.
• Continuous improvement in production process by using the various technique such as KAIZEN, POKE-YOKE.
• Zero customer end rejection (zero ppm) constantly last year.
• Member of the inventory reduction team which lead optimization of raw material inventory and reducing stock pile.
• Projects on downtime study and analysis.
• Worked in close co-ordination with production department to assist planning for top customers.

Completed my MBA at SRM university.I have gain lots of manage mental experience from there.Its such a wide campus and also lots of events will be conducted by that way students can increase their confidence level.And also get the chance do my project at Apollo Tyre manufacturing company (organizational study) and also in FACT (production planning and control).

I completed my Mechanical Engineering at Maharaja Prithvi Engineering college,coimbatore.From there i got the knowledge of whats lath machine is , hows it work , how the machines pressure and all get calculated , on what type of field in future have to guide my career and all.
