o Ensure that the recruitment documents are complete in Success Factor.

o Arrange the Medical required for Visa stamp and Emirates ID (National ID) typing and Biometric.

o Communicate weekly onboarding report with business as well as other stake holders including recruitment, agency etc.
o Review and update the onboarding process.
o Act as an SME for the Onboarding process queries.
o Average 550 candidates are onboarded in each year.
Employee Services
o Responsible for the day to day functions of employee services Section.
o Leave and ticket entitlement administration.
o Uniform Administration- Prepare the LPO for the supplier and monitor the delivery and distribution of uniforms.
o New joiners detail are updated in ERP (Oracle).
o Reviewed and updated the data on employee request.
o Process the enrollment request for Medical insurance.
o Assist in renewal of yearly Medical Insurance which including quoting, presenting the quotes and enrolling all the employees with the approved insurance company.
o Attend all the employee queries raised on email, phone calls and face to face.
Reward Team
o Support the HR Business Partner to conduct Performance Management Program (PMP) for the entire organization.
o Collect the data and evaluate.
o Provided the current rating report to the management.
o Calculated the Bonus and other benefits according to the agreed bonus package for the year.
o Prepared the letter to each employee informing their rating and bonus eligibility.
o Prepared the compensation analysis for the internal movement and promotions.
o Prepared the promotion letter according to the approved compensation analysis.
o Assist the management on identify star of the month and employee of the years by analyzing the recommendation and performance.
Reporting and Survey
o Provided the all the manpower reports requested by HR Business Partner.
o Provided the employee performance report as part of Disciplinary process.
o Undertake HR special projects as delegated by Line Manager including but not limited to reports and statistics being submitted to government agencies and employee data clean up.
o Coordinated surveys as required by the management and government entities.
o Assembled the data from the survey provide reports.
o Participated in transition and enhancement of Oracle ERP.
Separation Process
o Notify the employees on Resignation acceptance/Termination.
o Assisted to complete the Exit Clearance Form on the last working day and brief the process.
o Coordinate the final settlement with the payroll.
o Conduct Exit interview.
o Coordinate the visa cancelation process with PRO.
o Arrange the repatriation benefits with the ticket.
Payroll
o Enter and verify the overtime details.
o Process housing allowance request.
o Assist payroll manager with the data verification before processing monthly payroll.
Assist all activities related to employee services.
Help in processing and distributing health insurance card.
Assist in controlling processing of leave, employee status etc
Working with filing system.
Maintaining and Updating Employee files
Conducting Induction programs.
Arranging training room for Training and interviews.
Assist the recruitment team.
