Responsibilities:
Electrical Inspection, Troubleshooting & Maintenance work of all buildings at East Kuwait-II Area.
Estimation of materials for various electrical works and design.
Supervision of cable termination and DB dressing.
Field Distribution and Maintenance in East Kuwait-II Area.
Work Report Submission to KOC.
PM and CM of 3-ph Motors.
DG routine start-up and maintenance.
Battery Bank maintenance.
HT cable laying and termination.
Panel Board preparation for 3-ph & 1-ph water pumps.
UDS installation and RMU installation.
Periodic Inspection to Determine MEP Systems
Prepare Weekly Maintenance Schedules and Allocate Work
Recruit, Supervise and Train Electrical Maintenance Technicians
Supervise Tradesmen During Installations, Repairs Or Maintenance
(Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians)
Inspect and Maintain Building (Electrical, HVAC, Plumping, Fire
Protection System, Civil Work Etc.)
Contribute to the Development of Maintenance Budget and Ensure
Compliance
Monitor Inventory of Materials and equipment
Participate in Coordination of Projects
Ensure Adherence to Quality Standards and Health and Safety
Regulations
Preparation of Electrical Procedures for Installation Test &
Commissioning.
