1. Lead, manage and supervise all Testing and Commissioning works and teams on the sites he is working on.
2. Prepare/Review the Cx Management documentation works (Design review, method statements, Cx plans, O&M manuals, etc.) that are needed for the projects.
3. Complete the project on time and handing over the Testing and Commissioning works for the client representative.
4. Assist the area manager in preparing schedules, T&C plans, and evaluation forms.
5. Preparing and submitting the invoices for the projects on time.
6. Follow up the collection of the submitted invoices.
7. Suggest, propose, and implement new technologies, procedures, and services.
8. Share the testing procedure (Case Study) for any new tests conducted on the projects, and train the subordinates whenever needed.

• Checking the Material used at site for installation based on the approval.
• Preparing & Checking RFI (Request for Inspection) & MIR (Material Inspection Report) with Consultant Engineer.
• Checking the Subcontractor work and material used at sites as per the approvals.
• Assisting the Mechanical Testing and commissioning chief for preparing and submission of all Testing and Commissioning Handover Documents.
• Checking the field and system readiness check and report to Mechanical Manager.
• Attending and finalizing the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) of Mechanical Testing and Commissioning with Consultants and Operational Engineer.
• Preparing Asset Register of all MEP Mechanical System.
• Checking Mechanical Red line & As built drawings for submission.
• Checking the condition of all mechanical equipment for the maintenance such periodic, preventive.
• Controlling, Monitoring & Reviewing of all Mechanical Equipment/System.

Preparing/Checking the MTS (Material Submittal) &
Method of statement For MEP System.
• Checking the field and system readiness check and
report to Mechanical Manager.
• Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) log and material
inspection log for all MEP works and materials.
• Check and review technical specifications.
• Perform Cooling load calculations following ASHARAE &
Career Codes.
• Perform Heat Load Calculation using HAP program.
• Selection of Mechanical equipment’s i.e. Pumps, AHU’s,
FCU’s, etc.
• Reviewing & Checking HVAC air distribution & Chilled
water schematic as per site.
• Calculate Static Pressure calculation of the units.
• Prepare complete Operation and Maintenance manuals
for MEP Systems.

- Checking the engineering drawing of the proposed site.
- Assessing the quantity of the materials required from the drawing.
- Executing & supervising the structural work.
- Coordinating with fabricators and fitters to work using the specifications provided.
