Job Profile:
In this organization my profile is to lead & manage the licensure team of 6 employees from Philippines offices. Strategy planning in order to meet the client specific examination processing & placement requirements.
Responsibilities:-
With this organization as Asst. Manager of Licensure & Recruitment I am responsible for managing healthcare professionals from UK & Philippines offices. My role is to lead the team and plan strategy to provide English training & Licensure examination training to the interested healthcare professional, assist them in their exam application process, Exam Scheduling & prepare candidates comply with the required English proficiency exam & healthcare workers license examination for placement in our hospital facilities in USA before the order deadline.
As Asst. Manager Licensure & Recruitment, I am responsible to arrange all the required documents, prepare immigration file and forward to the Law firm for petition filling. Regular follow-up for their petition status and accomplish required documents during their immigration process.
I am also responsible to coordinate with the candidate for their hospital telephonic interview, employment & Initial housing of the healthcare professional before landing in the United States.

I learnt to face the new challenges & responsibilities on my way during the beginning of my professional life with this organization. As a beginner I joined this organization as a coordinator. My profile with this organization was to coordinate with client & the Technicians to fix the problem in machine operation. I was also responsible to plan the route of technicians based on the client calls received in order to solve the complaints in machine operation.
Responsibilities:-
With this organization, my responsibility was to coordinate between client & and technicians to solve the complaints related to Embroidery Machine operation. I was designated to support the client & arrange the available technician to solve the complaint within the deadline.
I was also responsible to contact the Customers/Clients for their regular feedbacks on machine operation. I was responsible to report about the progress and support issues to the Customer Support Manager.
