Assisting Engineering Manager for the technical related issues.
Technical Assessment & Reviewing of Material Requisitions for all permanent & temporary works required for the execution of the project.
To prepare, review and evaluate technical submittals (Material Submittals, Method Statements and Shop Drawings) prior to submission to consultant and client according to required project standards and local authority guidelines.
Reviewing of Compliance with Specifications and technical performance of all submissions from Sub- Contractors & suppliers prior to submittal to the Consultant/ Client.
Study the contract documents and applicable specifications prior to execution of any works and liaise with client/consultant to resolve technical issues.
Quantity take off, material inquires, Monitoring the procurement schedule & Coordination with the procurement Department/ Stores for the delivery of Critical, Bulk & Long lead Items. (Supplier/Sub-Contractor Coordination).
Providing all relevant information related to materials to the Draftsmen for the preparation of Shop Drawings & Submitting it prior to checking.
Identifying all omissions, contradictions & mistakes in the contract documents and preparation of relevant RFI’s.

Responsible for the timely completion of projects.
