» Maintain/ Update/ Follows SI action item status (Including SI Documents, Letters,
Meetings, Moms, RFIs, ICFs, and ICDs);
» Working with database (data input into office operation system called Pluto);
» Prepare and checking (error, wrong format) for Procedures, Reports, and Test results;
» Prepare and arrange Meeting agendas, taking Moms and distribute to all Sub-Systems;
» Tracking Visa and work permit status for all Expat staff;
» prepare and purpose training (Safety training, workshop) for staff;
» Setting up and Reserved Meeting room as well as organizing Refreshment Lunchbox, etc;
» Arranging Department staff party;
» Sorting out mail, bills, contract policies, invoice and banking transactions, cash
