Project Administration Support All staff and Client (state of Railway Thailand) for Electrical
Rail Red Line Project base at Bangsue.
» Set up office including Sourcing Supplier and negotiate for Cooperate price
» Prepare Staff and Company Document to Apply Visa & Work Permit, 90 days Visa.
Prepare Document for Apply Non-B Visa (for this project 1 Local: 1 Alien)
» Negotiate with Hotel/Service Apartment to get Cooperate price and Arrange
Accommodate for All Expatiate staff including Short term/Long Term.
» Arrange Transportation for all staff and Control Company pools car, Drivers.
» Issue Purchase order for Office Stationary, IT Asset, Engineering Equipment as well as
Negotiate payment term.

» Record and conclusion invoice and making payment by Transfer Money or by Cheque.
» Open and Register account for DHL, Office Mate, AIS etc.
» Distribute and Control Company Mobile phone.
» Acting as Document Control filling all RFI, Incoming-out going Letters and Procedure.

» Maintain/ Update/ Follows SI action item status (Including SI Documents, Letters,
Meetings, Moms, RFIs, ICFs, and ICDs);
» Working with database (data input into office operation system called Pluto);
» Prepare and checking (error, wrong format) for Procedures, Reports, and Test results;
» Prepare and arrange Meeting agendas, taking Moms and distribute to all Sub-Systems;
» Tracking Visa and work permit status for all Expat staff;
» prepare and purpose training (Safety training, workshop) for staff;
» Setting up and Reserved Meeting room as well as organizing Refreshment Lunchbox, etc;
» Arranging Department staff party;
» Sorting out mail, bills, contract policies, invoice and banking transactions, cash

» Translate Procedure and Presentation and letters from Thai to English;
