• • Have been a Co-coordinator for an event called Elixir, an intercultural event. •
• Twice have been a volunteer for a property fair in Vadodara. •

• Calling consultants within the first week of hire and a follow up in a timely

• Negotiate pay rates revisions with consultants in align with company policy of minimum margin required and client criticality. •

• Resolution of maximum consultant issues at associate level without having to escalate to a higher authority. •

• Refer to the company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. •
Internship Experience
I was responsible to stay in village owned by the organization itself & got involved in daily routine activities with children on health, hygiene, life skills & planned & organized
3 days sports day event for the children staying & studying there.

Research 2013:
Have 8 months of research experience on the organizations and schools working for specially challenged children. Along with the results of this research, have prepared a directory for the schools and organizations as a part of research and a contribution to the department of Human Development and Family Studies, Baroda.

called AIESEC in Baroda.
1. Local Congress Organizing Committee Vice President Finance & Logistics (Oct 2009)
• Organized a Local Conference for the membership of around 80 students and managed Finance and organizing stalls. •
2. Middle Level management (Jan 2010)
• 6 months experience as the Manager of the Portfolio named Corporate Sector and had a corporate exposure. •
6. Vice President Student Sector (GCDP/GIP OGX) (2011-12)
• Have been Vice President for the student sector and was responsible for delivering a memorable international experience of the youth. •
3. Data analyst for a research purpose: 2011
• Have been a part of Data analyst group of a research conducted in our own
faculty on Sexual importance in human life for almost 3 months.
