Provides assistance to Account Executives in preparing and processing documents for staff mobilization and demobilization.
Assessed staffs documents needed for issuance of visa and labour card who come under the categories of visit, company or relative sponsor visa.
Coordinate with the GRO and Accounts Executives on matter pertaining to seeking of labour approval of new staff.
Assessment, booking and issuance of air ticket to qualified staff as per employment contract.
Facilitate the processing of insurance card applications to new staff and cancellation of insurance cards to resigned/terminated staff as well as the renewal of expired insurance cards.
Provides comprehensive administrative support across all areas to include: documentation, assists personnel and Account Executives with information as needed, update and maintains accurate filing systems.
Managed routine activities independently and ensured that all operational issues were handled effectively.
Liaised with all clients and staff and provide resolutions in respect to staff complaints and concerns;
Received incoming calls, provides answer to routine inquiries and referral calls.
Audit full files received from the account executives (valid passport, photo, educational certificate, signed and stamped offer of employment contract and for relative sponsorship, visa of staff and sponsor, NOC from sponsor in Arabic).
Generate ERP, recording full staff details, employment details and recording in the system; accurate maintenance of employee database; Checking all the details of the newly deployed staff and putting records in the system.
Labour and Visa process coordination with the GRO department.
Responsible in issuing employment contracts and letters in English as per the request from the staff (letters to banks, embassy, labor office, driving schools and other organizations).
Effectively handles employee complaints and grievances; Handling any issues or complains that will come from the employee side, like the health insurance complains and some other related issues.
Performing exit interviews for the resigned staff and processing of the exit clearance.
Maintain and update trackers which contain staff information and documents for easy and immediate access such as:
Passport control
Master List
List of resigned and terminated Staff
New Joiners List
Leave Tracker (Sick and Annual, Emergency Leave)
Air Ticket issuance tracker
Insurance Card Tracker (application and cancellation)
Prepares documents and letters needed by the client, staff and account executives as part of operational support and these includes:
Offer Letter
Salary Certificate (Bank Account Opening, Embassy, Schools)
Salary Transfer Letter
Employment Letter
Increment Letter
Termination Letter
Suspension Letter
Warning Letter
No Objection Certificate (Travel)
Experience Letter
Issuance of username and password to new staff to access the HR portal which contains updated information on HR policies, procedures and processes such as leave application, duty resumption, letter request.

Internship was done to government offices, mental institutions, schools and special education school to further understand and differentiate normal from abnormal behavior as well as to give emphasis on the coping mechanism used by every individual under stress. Graduated among the top 20% of the students from the College of Arts & Sciences, received commendation to work as Psychometrist in one high school. Was able to finish the degree in 3 years time at the top of the class at a young age of 18.
