Co-ordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the Organization.
Establishes and maintains a variety of records, logs, and filing systems pertaining to area(s)
of responsibility.
Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general
guidance.
Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
Effectively use word-processing, database, and spreadsheet software application programs in
the course of assigned duties.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar
activities for supervisors, which also include travel and lodging arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day
administrative and operational problems.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information
Prepare data for monthly meeting ytd sales performance verses last year.
Price survey to be taken monthly and new SKU listing communication with all sales team.
Making report for sales as of daily, weekly, monthly basis and also by salesman by customer
by agency.
Assists the HR Manager with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and
sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes
in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Preparing leave salary, End of Service Benefits & Encashment for staff.
Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
