Co-ordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the Organization.
 Establishes and maintains a variety of records, logs, and filing systems pertaining to area(s)
of responsibility.
 Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general
guidance.
 Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
 Effectively use word-processing, database, and spreadsheet software application programs in
the course of assigned duties.
 Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar
activities for supervisors, which also include travel and lodging arrangements.
 Serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day
administrative and operational problems.

 Preparing leave salary, End of Service Benefits & Encashment for staff.
 Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
